We have recently consulted on an ultra-exclusive, new development on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia.

Internationally, we have established a management presence in Santiago, Chile and developed a business relationship with three large South Korean firms.

Responding to an emerging trend of condominium living in Chicago, Draper and Kramer through DKCondo began to focus on condominium management in the late 1970’s.
