Draper and Kramer is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) and are very proud that we have received over 70 IREM awards in the past 35 years, more than any other firm. Our most recent award came in 2011 when DK Condo received the Technology Award for its participation in the Demand Response Program. Our partnership with the Citizens Utility Board (CUB), DK Condo has been a leader in the field of energy conservation. We continue to strive to not only make our buildings more efficient for the Association’s benefit, but do everything in our power to protect the environment as well. Other awards include:
