The garage located in the lower three levels of the building is owned by the commercial entity and operated by an independent management firm.

The Olympia Centre parking garage provides our condominium association with 155 reserved monthly parking spaces and unlimited unreserved parking spaces. Guest parking is available at an hourly rate.
