Community/Building Amenities
Maintenance Staff Supervised by a chief engineer, Dearborn Tower's mechanical systems are all kept in top working order by a maintenance staff of six employees. The maintenance staff is available 24-hours a day for minor routine and emergency repairs.
Fitness Center Located on the 11th floor, the Fitness Center is fully equipped with cardiovascular and weight-training machines, and two televisions. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular views of the city.
Community Room
With a full kitchen, sectional sofa and big-screen television, the 700-square foot community room opens onto the sundeck and provides a panoramic view of the Loop skyline. Dearborn Tower residents may reserve the Community Room by contacting the management office.
Business Center
Located on the 11th floor, the Business Center, can accommodate small meetings up to 15 people. It is furnished with a conference table, chairs and whiteboard. Please contact the management office to reserve a time.
Sundeck Magnificent views of the Loop are the backdrop for the 2,000-suqare foot sundeck, located on the 11th floor. Accessible to all residents via the Fitness Center, it can also be reserved for private use by residents by contacting the management office.
Lobby
The uniquely appointed and inviting lobby says, "Welcome home," every time you arrive. The sophisticated urban decor is the backdrop for a serene environment for residents and guests to gather and greet one other
