DK Condo excels in innovative solutions to reduce energy expenses. During each of the last four years we implemented ‘green’ projects that resulted in more than $100,000 reduced annual energy expenses per Association. We proved that many communities benefit financially from in depth analysis of energy expenses. These savings are typically generated by the installation of energy efficient boilers, computerized controls, air balancing and lighting efficiencies. We have repeatedly proven numerous opportunities exist is all communities.

We are an active participant in an international effort to introduce new smart building technology to the US. Joining us in our efforts is the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago. We are proud to have been selected as the only Residential Management Firm in the Midwest to be an integral part of this exciting effort. Multiple communities in our portfolio are benefitting from the installation of smart building devices without expense to the association.
