Bryan McCarley
Condominium Supervisor

Bryan joined Draper and Kramer in 2004 and has over 10 years of condominium management experience. He currently supervises Associations in Streeterville, River North and Lakeview. Before becoming a Property Supervisor, Bryan managed numerous condominium communities along the lakefront, and most recently, a 34-story Gold Coast association.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas and moved to Chicago from Dallas to pursue a career in high-rise condominium management. He has extensive experience in large-scale capital improvement projects. Bryan is currently completing a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
