Dan Harvey
Condominium Supervisor

Dan Harvey has been a property management professional for the last 18 years. After serving as a Regional Manager with Banner Properties for over ten years, Dan joined Draper and Kramer in 2001. His first assignment was to manage a 728 unit condominium association at 3550 N. Lake Shore Drive. During his tenure, Dan oversaw capital projects that totaled over $13 million dollars. The largest of these capital improvements was the successful completion of a window project installing over 7,000 windows that came in on time and at budget. In 2004 Dan opened The Heritage at Millennium Park; a 358 unit building that is located directly behind the Chicago Cultural Center. Currently he supervises several condominium associations in the downtown area and along Lake Shore Drive.

Dan graduated from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan with a degree in Mass Communications. Currently he is working towards earning a designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
